What you’ll do

• Build long-term business relationships between clients and business companies through a mixture of inbound and outbound phone/email activities.
• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
• Identifying new clients’ needs will be one of your main tasks.
• Ability to provide options and outline features or products and services.
• Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting
• Be familiar with a delightful range of products and services
• Reporting to other levels of the business and be in communication with colleagues to improve the services.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a valid European work permit
• You are a German speaker (native level)
• +1 Years of experience in call calling, outbound sales, and KPIs.
• B2B experience.
• Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting
• Good understating and be capable of effectively handling customer desires and objection
