Sales Operations Specialist-Malaga

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Tupl, your focus will be on optimizing sales processes and strategies, where having experience selling software is a strong asset. This position is located in Malaga. Below are the basic job duties for you:

• Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with Tupl’s strategic objectives.
• Manage and maintain CRM tools.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve sales team performance and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional communication.
• Support the sales team in pipeline management, reporting, and goal tracking.
• Develop and maintain documentation for sales operations processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s in business management, Analytics, Engineer or similar
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Analytical thinking, communications skills, reporting skills
• Advanced Level of English
• Experience with Zoho or similar CRM.
