Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and build long-lasting relationships with potential clients in the LATAM region, contributing to our fintech expansion.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that ensure secure, efficient payment processes.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by conducting market research and identifying emerging trends in SaaS, fintech, and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and alignment with company goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue and contribute to overall business success.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, banking, or IT.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to connect with key decision-makers and close deals.
  • Motivated, self-starter, and eager to expand knowledge in the fintech and Payment Service Provider (PSP) space.
  • Passionate about working with clients in the LATAM market, understanding local dynamics and client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach to work.
  • Ability to work onsite in our Glories office in Barcelona.
