Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our French-speaking clients and providing them with excellent customer service. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with French-speaking clients via phone, emails and chat

- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

- Attend conferences and industry events to network and promote our services

- Prepare and present sales reports to management

Qualifications:

- Fluent in French (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in sales and outbound call

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
