As an emotionally intelligent professional with a background of understanding and responding to customers’ needs on site, you will use this role to join our growing business in this position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving key service relationships whilst showcasing your appetite for overachievement. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and leading a team of sales channels / distributors, creating, and executing strategic opportunities in all ultrasound markets (except physiotherapy and veterinary) to grow sales, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality offering of services. This role will be shaped by the right candidate, you will be a hunting self-starter, with an unquestionable influencing and negotiation skills, energised by a varied and fast-paced role. Your responsibilities: Development of Sales Team Provides guidance, coaching and direction for sales channels / distributors - Develops each team member and actively coaches them in sales conversations and techniques guided by the company target markets. Ensures each team member is consistently using territory and account planning while leveraging the CRM tool Travels with team members to coach, train and develop relationships with customers while identifying opportunities of strength and development and implementing territory plans Provides timely, specific coaching feedback related to sales model during all sales interactions Conducts regular sales meetings based on assessment of market needs, team skill set opportunities inclusive of education component Supports new hire channels along with continued development and growth for all current channels Creates positive culture of growth and development on sales team for the purposes of retention Search and find alternative channels to empower the presence of the brand in his territory Set Expectations and Lead Accountability of Sales Team Ensures successful territory achievement of targeted accounts by increasing market share and growth through planning and executing strategies - Tracks results to plan Able to set consistent expectations and address adherence to standards Foster and coach to the importance of account management and progression Engage in the execution of channels quarterly business plans, effective targeting methods, and appropriate sales strategy for account awareness through integration Able to develop and implement strategies to improve performance and address deficiencies Drive and Execute Business Opportunities as the Sales Leader Provide leadership and set the direction for the team to achieve targeted sales numbers and successfully execute goals and strategies Closely collaborate with the team and professional partners to ensure positive customer outcomes. Responsible for developing and maintaining professional business relationships with key stakeholders to include public and private hospitals managers and decision makers, physicians, healthcare government managers in his territory Able to identify opportunities through analysis with given tools as well as specific needs of the market Proactive in capitalizing on market opportunities and improvement on areas of weakness Proficiency in healthcare and market knowledge to execute strategies for growth Active search of opportunities for direct sales in the areas without distributor Management and follow up the opportunities of direct sales in the territory Provide quotations in the cases where direct sales occur Collaborates with Internal Team Members Works with internal stakeholders throughout the organization including partnering with marketing, patient care, clinical and compliance to execute business strategies Identify areas where cross functional team members can partner to enhance the sales process through solution-based approach Work with medical director / regional medical director on development of physician peer-to-peer relationships in the community Leverage central support departments for business development opportunities Monthly forecast, report and review of the opportunities and sales Present program statistics and strategies on a quarterly basis to senior management Support target market events, such as congresses, workshops and decision makers activities in all national territory Collaborate with the Sales Manager, helping to perform the sales statistics, CRM, Forecast and reviews What are we looking for in you? Demonstrate success in overachieving in selling business line products (Ultrasound) to hospitals both direct and through distribution channels You will have an established network of KOL’s and hospital contacts in the Madrid area A track record that shows sales growth and successful business development Demonstrate attendance on formal Sales Training Course(s) Have comprehensive experience of Ultrasound sales Experience of managing and coaching a team, demonstrating strong levels of emotional intelligence Proven ability to manage and develop business with key clinical contacts and hospitals Ability to find and develop opportunities with potential new customers Demonstrate success in winning large sales opportunities. Initiative, know how to find opportunities for business Independence – recognise how to get things done Relationship skills – able to build strong positive relationships with customer key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages Excellent negotiation & closing skills Excellent computer and analytical skills Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team Fluent in Spanish with English business language skills (doesn’t need to be perfect!) Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship What’s in it for you?
