This role serves as a strategic partner to Enablement, Marketing, Programs, and Operations, ensuring ISS teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and guidance needed to engage customers effectively and consistently.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Onboarding Acceleration: \nServe as a key contributor to the formal onboarding process, supporting new hires and mentors to reduce ramp time and improve early productivity.\n * Cross-Functional Expertise: \nAct as a subject matter expert and liaison between ISS and internal teams including Enablement, Marketing, and Programs to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.\n * Sales Analytics \u0026 Engagement Optimization: \nDeliver actionable reporting and insights to improve customer engagement, leveraging data to identify high-performing messaging and outreach tactics.\n * Sales Tools Enablement: \nDevelop and share best practices for tools such as SalesLoft Conversation Intelligence, Vidyard, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Qlik, and PostBeyond.
