We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst (Career Development Program 2024) based in Madrid .

About Our Career Development Program (CDP):

Our CDP is structured to launch your career through three different assignments; there is also the possibility of one assignment being abroad.

The rotational assignments are crafted to develop your technical and professional skills, accelerate your learning, test your creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, throughout your rotations and get a better understanding of your areas of interest, strengths, and career aspirations. The objective is, after three assignments, for you to have gathered a broad knowledge of our organisation and to further develop your career within Air Products on the long term.

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will:

  • Support the Sales team to analyze the market, trends, competitors, new playes, risks, stakeholders, etc.

  • Contribute to facing clients, negotiations or new opportunities.

  • Obtain a deeper understanding of the business from a commercial perspective. 

  • Contribute to a satisfactory work environment within the other departments.

You will have:

  • You are in your final year or graduated within last two (2) years from a university , with strong academic performance.

  • Engineer background or studies in marketing, finance, economics.

  • Ability using Excel and Office.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels in the company.

  • Self-accountability: able to work with limited supervision.

  • Eager to learn and strategic thinker.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other language will be a plus.

What We Offer: You will be trained on Global Business Procedures, Product portfolio and Market Segments, Key business metrics and Business Improvement techniques. Also, you will learn about global AP pricing and account management systems like GPS, PRT or AAC.

You will also develop further his/her analytical skills and knowledge of advanced analytical, visualization and Automation software like Minitab, QlikSense, MS Power Automate or Agile Point.
