SalesForce CRM Specialist, Urology EMEA

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in CRM implementation and management, preferably with Salesforce (SFDC). Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, configuration, and reporting. Experience with data management, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP), and CRM optimization. Basic Salesforce Administrator capabilities (user management, permissions, and troubleshooting). Ability to lead projects with clear deliverables, deadlines, and milestones. Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across departments. Fluency in English and Spanish; any other main European language is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within teams. Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Occasional travel across Europe (approx. 2-3 days per month) for field visits and stakeholder meetings.
