SAP HCM IT Consultant / Service Manager

• IT Consultant tasks in the area of SAP HCM with focus on master data/organizational management.
• Ensuring ongoing operations and implementation of customer requirements in SAP HCM (ex. Rollout new companies).
• Adjustment of the system settings in sap HCM PA/OM.
• Coordination of internal and external colleagues to ensure the implementation of the scheduled tasks planned every 3 months.

• Experience with SAP HCM in PA and OM modules and customizing.
• Experience working with customers problem-solving SAP HCM.
• At least 4 years experience as SAP HCM Consultant.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM: application and user support especially in the areas of master data/organizational management as well as the connections/dependencies to the related modules (Time Management and Payroll Accounting).
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Organizational and very good communication skills.
• Good English skills, written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in the implementation and support in SAP HCM projects and modules.
• Experience in ABAP programming.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
• Experience with interface development and integration.
• Knowledge of data migration and conversion.
