SAP Operations Technical Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and proactive person to manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of various monitoring systems within our SAP landscape, utilizing SAP Cloud ALM, Focused Run, and Solution Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring comprehensive monitoring solutions, including creating custom alerts and monitors, and ensuring system performance meets our high standards.

Your responsabilities include:

• Set up and manage monitoring tools across the SAP landscapes.
• Support customers by designing, implementing, and maintaining effective alert management systems.
• Continuously improve the performance of the monitoring systems and address any technical issues.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on adopting and integrating new Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) technologies. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and support to empower customers with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Expertise in Focused Run and/or SAP Cloud ALM Operations configuration.
• Familiarity with LMDB and SLD, as these are foundational components.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues within the system
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new topics and technologies.

Nice to have:
- Experience with Monitoring in SAP Solution Manager is desirable.
