You will drive the successful delivery of strategic SAP initiatives—ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions that create measurable value for the organization.

This role is critical to connecting business priorities with technology execution, enabling global transformation programs and ensuring that SAP projects are delivered with speed, transparency, and operational excellence.

What You Will Drive

• Demand and portfolio alignment within the OneIT SPM framework, ensuring SAP initiatives are prioritized in line with enterprise needs

• End-to-end delivery of SAP projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise priorities

• Translation of business demand into structured project plans and executable delivery roadmaps

• Strong alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle

• Effective governance of scope, timeline, budget, quality, and project dependencies

• Oversight of cross-functional and cross-module SAP integration activities, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes

• Proactive management of risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes (RIDAC) to maintain project stability

• Financial planning, resource management, and capacity coordination to support successful delivery

• Delivery of projects in compliance with quality, testing, validation, and regulatory requirements, including GxP where applicable

• Management of external implementation partners and vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes

• Successful planning and execution of go-live, cutover, hypercare, and transition into operations

• Contribution to large-scale transformation programs, including S/4HANA initiatives and global template rollouts

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP Project Management within complex, international environments

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP implementations and transformation initiatives

• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern ERP landscapes is an advantage

• Solid understanding of enterprise architectures and cross-functional SAP processes

• General knowledge of ERP architecture and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Experience managing global projects, cross-regional implementations, or localized compliance requirements

• Exposure to regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus

• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance principles

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across business, IT, and external partners

• Political and cultural awareness, with proven success working across global teams, suppliers, and matrix organizations

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities

• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Fluent in English; German is an advantage

• Willingness to travel occasionally
