Mission

The mission of this role is to identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities for Zeltek Digital's SCADA systems and digital product portfolio (APM, digital twins, commercial intelligence, forecasting solutions, among others), building long-term relationships with clients across industrial and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and manage business opportunities for SCADA systems and digital products (APM, digital twins, commercial intelligence, forecasting, etc.) through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.


• Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to prepare tailored offers and respond to RFPs/tenders.


• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients.


• Represent Zeltek Digital at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.


• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing in the SCADA/digitalization sector.


• Prepare and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.


• Collaborate with marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategy for digital products.


• Support after-sales relationship to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (maintenance, upgrades, new modules).

Job Requirements

DESIRED EDUCATION

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, Electrical, or similar) or Business Administration with strong technical affinity.

COMPLEMENTARY EDUCATION

• Sales/commercial training a plus; SCADA/industrial digitalization certifications (e.g., Ignition) valued but not required

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• English language level: C1


• Demonstrate understanding of SCADA/industrial systems


• Demonstrate knowledge of digital products (APM, digital twins, forecasting, commercial intelligence, etc.)


• CRM tools: advanced knowledge


• Commercial / negotiation skills at expert level

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial automation, energy, or digitalization sectors.


• Proven track record in solution selling / consultative sales.


• Experience managing tenders/RFPs is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS
