This role is ideal for motivated agents with real estate sales experience who want full back-office support, access to international leads, and high earning potential in the new build segment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Guide international clients through the property purchase process
• Conduct both virtual and in-person property viewings
• Negotiate and close sales
• Stay up to date with local market trends and new developments

Requirements

• Fluency in a Scandinavian language (plus English)
• Minimum 1 year of real estate or strong sales experience
• Based in the Costa del Sol region
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
