We are expanding our telemarketing department and currently seeking a motivated Scandinavian-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our team in Bel-Air, Estepona.

You’ll support our buyer’s and seller’s agents by connecting with incoming leads and booking online meetings. This is a key front-line role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in buying property in Spain, and responsible for ensuring smooth handovers to our real estate agents across various offices.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €1,700 gross/month + commissions

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify new and existing leads
• Book online meetings and connect clients with our real estate agents
• Follow established scripts and procedures (SOPs)
• Keep accurate records of conversations in our CRM system
• Represent our brand with professionalism and courtesy on every call

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent Scandinavian speaker with strong English communication skills (Swedish or Norwegian)
• Residing within 30-40 minutes of our office in Bel-Air (Estepona)
• Friendly, confident, and motivated communicator
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous telemarketing or call center experience is a plus, but not essential
• Comfortable working weekend shifts (12:00–20:00) as part of a rotating schedule
• Seeking a stable, long-term role in a professional and growing company
