Location: Ebury León office - 4 days from the office, 1 day of home office / week 

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently review and investigate matches against sanctions and internal lists, taking appropriate action.


• Conduct real-time, rules-based monitoring of client transactions and promptly address any generated alerts.


• Respond effectively to information requests from banking partners regarding transactions.


• Address inquiries from internal departments in a timely and helpful manner.


• Complete assigned tasks with focus and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently.


• Proactively communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, escalating issues promptly as needed.


• Strictly adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.

• Demonstrates diligence, strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking.


• Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.


• Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven operational environment.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.


• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles is desirable.
