Semi Senior Power Platform Developer | Leading IT Company

We’re looking for a Semi Senior Power Platform Developer with at least 2 years of experience, eager to learn, collaborate on challenging projects, and deepen their expertise in low-code automation and the development of AI-powered Intelligent Agents.

What are we looking for?

A results-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Power Platform development and integrations, with a passion for innovation.
Someone who combines strong technical skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing business applications in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to digitize internal processes and improve productivity.
• Creating automated workflows in Power Automate, integrating tools like SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external systems through custom connectors.
• Developing basic intelligent agents with Copilot Studio to automate repetitive tasks.
• Analyzing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose technical solutions.
• Integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dataverse, etc.), ensuring data consistency.
• Building external-facing web pages with Power Pages to engage users outside the organization.
• Supporting end-user training to maximize adoption of the tools developed.
• Collaborating closely with the development and adoption team to ensure the quality of deliverables.

About you 🔝

• 2+ years of experience in Power Platform projects, with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid knowledge of Power BI for building interactive reports (DAX, data modeling).
• Familiarity with system integrations using Power Platform connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
• Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams for data management and integration.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
• Experience developing AI assistants with Copilot Studio.
• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• 100% remote (based in Argentina). The company is headquartered in Pamplona, Spain.
• 6-hour workday, aligned to CET (Central European Time).
• 6-month project with strong potential for extension.
