Descripción del trabajo - (Senior) Account Manager, Neuromodulation (based in Madrid)
Location: preferably located in the area of Madrid, on a remote working schedule.\n\nAbout The Role: \n \nThe Account Manager for Neuromodulation supports the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Business Unit (Neuromodulation) within the territory they represent (in Madrid \u0026 Northern Spain). \n \nThe selected candidate will be in charge of DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) and SCS (Spinal Cord Stimulator) therapies. \n \n\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible to:\n\n * Develop as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals. Able to tackle routine issues, limited knowledge in medical device industry (Boston Scientific and competitors).\n * Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.\n * Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under close supervision \u0026 guidance of the Manager.\n * Follow instructions of Manager in order to plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).\n * Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.\n * Begin establishing business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.\n * Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.\n * Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly \u0026 year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools\n * To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.\n * Upon request may participate in project teams. \n \n\n\n\nWhat are we looking for in you?\n\n * At least 4 years of experience in a Sales Representative role in the medical devices industry.\n * Based in Madrid or in the surrounding area.\n * Experience in the operating room.\n * Experience in Neuromodulation (Deep brain Stimulation and/or Pain therapies) will be considered a plus.\n * Experience with Tenders.\n * Native / Bilingual Spanish level; good English level.\n * Motivation and positive attitude. \n \n\n\n\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\n\n * Permanent contract.\n * Base salary + incentives.\n * A team-oriented company culture.\n * Good benefits packages.\n * Excellent training/development programs.\n * Joining a growing company and division for a long-term project.\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
