Senior Analyst Finance Operations

Our Finance team is looking for a Senior Analyst who will support to merchants (our clients) managing and optimizing merchant inquiries, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and proactively providing critical information to enhance the merchant experience.

This position is integral to fostering trust and satisfaction among merchants while driving continuous improvement in financial operations and customer support standards

Your responsibilities

• Manage the finance mailbox and respond promptly to merchant inquiries.


• Conduct calls with merchants to explain balance settlements, settlement breakdowns, closing balances, and settlement statuses.


• Address all merchant-related questions regarding settlements and proof of payments.


• Oversee and manage tickets assigned to the finance team.


• Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution and quality service.


• Provide merchants with proactive updates and information regarding settlements, proof of payments, closing balances, and settlement statuses with a sense of urgency.


• Deliver detailed settlement breakdowns to enhance merchant understanding and satisfaction.


• Implement, together with support department, a success scoring model for customer support related to finance operations.


• Set benchmarks based on the scoring model and develop strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


• Work closely with internal teams; including finance teams, operations, IT and product, to ensure seamless settlement processes.


• Participate in system implementations and strategic initiatives to enhance settlement operations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Effective business partnering skills and ability to build strong working relationships.


• Knowledge of banking processes.


• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
