About the role
We're looking for a Senior Art Director to join our creative team in Barcelona.

This role is for someone who can move seamlessly between social-first content, integrated campaigns, and brand-building creative. You'll be responsible for shaping visual ideas from concept through execution, creating work that feels culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and visually distinctive.

You'll have a strong understanding of beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle brands, with a sharp eye for design, photography, motion, emerging visual trends, and contemporary culture. You're equally comfortable developing social content ecosystems, campaign platforms, launch moments, and premium brand storytelling.

What you'll do

  • Develop creative concepts and visual systems across social, digital, and integrated campaigns, while supporting Creative Directors in the development of larger campaign platforms and brand initiatives.
  • Lead the visual development of campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Create social-first ideas, content series, and platform-native creative.
  • Partner closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Designers, Motion Artists, and Client teams.
  • Translate brand strategies, product stories, and consumer insights into compelling visual narratives.
  • Art direct photography, video, motion, CGI, creator content, and production outputs.
  • Contribute to both always-on content ecosystems and larger campaign initiatives.
  • Support creative development across paid, owned, earned, and OOH channels.
  • Stay connected to emerging cultural movements, visual trends, creators, and consumer behaviors.

What we're looking for

  • 5–8 years of experience in a creative agency or brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both campaign thinking and social-first creative excellence.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or adjacent categories.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional visual taste and craft.
  • Ability to move comfortably between fast-turnaround social content and larger brand campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of design, photography, motion, content creation, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with production, creators, photographers, directors, and post-production teams.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas internally and to clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and contemporary consumer behavior.
  • Highly connected to contemporary culture, visual trends, creators, digital platforms, and emerging creative formats.
  • Strong understanding of what makes creative work feel relevant, modern, and culturally resonant today.
  • Bonus: experience with OOH campaigns, CGI, AI-assisted creative workflows, and creator-led content.

Languages

  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to confidently present and discuss creative work in English.
  • Any other languages are a plus.
