1.. Embedded Linux Software Engineer

The candidate must demonstrate more than 5 years of development experience in embedded Linux environments. Scope

This position involves the following major responsibilities:

• Design, programming and software integration of Linux-based products
• Improve and maintain existing software components

Specific Duties

• Programming on real-time and concurrent systems (multithreading)

Competence

• Higher degree in Computer Science or similar
• N years of programming experience in embedded Linux
• Deep knowledge of embedded Linux environments
• Real-Time and embedded software in Telecom & Networking applications

• Identifying new channels and clients
• Proactively develop sales opportunities
• Providing assistance and post-sale follow up to customerst
• Paper-work associated to sales (quotations, deliveries, invoices, etc)
• Dealing with international and multilingual phone calls and emails
• Maintenance of the CRM customer database
• Delivery time control of sold products
• Attending trade-shows in order to identify potential business opportunities
• Payments control
• Understanding of commercial terms & conditions

Competence

• University degree in Electrical, Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering
• Proficiency in English is a must, and at least fluent in German or French
• Willingness to travel across the world 25% of the time
