The Role


As a Senior Business Development Manager for Spain and LATAM, you'll own the commercial expansion of Gigs across both markets, partnering closely with our Head of Fintech and a lean cross-functional team. You'll be the person who builds the pipeline from scratch, structures the deals, and closes them — without a large support infrastructure behind you. This is a builder role for someone who's energised by greenfield territory and knows how to sell a technically complex product to sophisticated buyers.


What You Will do 



  • Build and own the outbound pipeline across fintech and adjacent verticals in Spain and LATAM

  • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions from cold outreach through commercial negotiation and close

  • Structure creative commercial models that work for partners and scale for Gigs

  • Develop the GTM strategy for your territory — segments, value propositions, prioritisation

  • Work cross-functionally to operationalise partnerships post-signature and feed market insights back to product


What We Are Looking For



  • A proven hunter with a track record of building pipeline from zero and closing complex deals — ideally in CPaaS, payments infrastructure, SaaS, or a category where you had to construct the business case yourself

  • Comfortable selling technical products to technical and commercial buyers in financial services or adjacent sectors

  • Native or bilingual Spanish; based in Madrid; LATAM exposure a strong plus

  • Has operated in an early-stage or high-growth environment and thrives without a playbook already written

  • Sharp commercial instinct — you can structure a deal, model the economics, and move it forward
