Ready to become the voice that moves B2B buyers from curiosity to conversion?
At Bdeo, we're transforming the insurance and fleet industries through AI-driven visual intelligence. As we grow across markets, our sales team needs sharp, persuasive content in their hands at every stage of the funnel — and our audience needs to hear from us consistently, not just when we launch something new.
We're looking for a content-driven Senior Content Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement and demand nurturing. Someone who enjoys turning complex product value into clear one-pagers and battlecards, building editorial calendars that actually get read, and keeping a CRM nurture flow humming in the background — even when priorities shift fast (because in a small team, they do ).
In this role, you'll act as a force multiplier for our commercial team, making sure they always have the right story and the right asset at the right moment, while also building Bdeo's presence and credibility in the markets we serve.
If you like writing content that sells without sounding like it's selling, thinking in terms of funnel stages and conversion from day one, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and external freelancers to turn technical value into compelling narratives… this might be your next challenge
About the role
As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist, you'll sit in the sweet spot between execution and ownership. With 2–4 years of experience, you'll bring enough autonomy to contribute from day one while continuing to grow in a high-impact environment.
Your role will bridge sales enablement (equipping the commercial team with the right assets at the right moment) and demand nurturing (keeping our audience engaged and our pipeline warm) — helping the business close faster while building lasting brand credibility.
What you'll be doing:
Sales Enablement
- Produce and keep up to date all funnel content — use cases, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, videos (complex formats supported by a designer or external agency)
- Establish and run a periodic (quarterly) review process for existing commercial content
- Adapt messaging and content by vertical/segment in coordination with Product
- Work with Product to prepare content for new launches
Content & Nurturing Campaigns
- Own the editorial calendar for non-commercial content (blog, opinion pieces, educational content) aligned with our thought leadership positioning
- Manage the newsletter — frequency, content, and subscriber growth
- Build and maintain automated nurture flows in the CRM for leads at different funnel stages
- Evaluate and manage occasional paid content campaigns (LinkedIn, retargeting) when the business case justifies it
- Track content performance (engagement, MQL conversion) and adjust the calendar accordingly
Webinars
- Plan, produce, and execute our webinar calendar, both owned and partner co-hosted
- Coordinate content, speakers, logistics, and post-event lead nurturing
PR: Cross-team Support
- Feed stories, data, and insights to our PR freelancer to fuel our thought leadership strategy
Who we're looking for
- ~2–4 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or customer marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience writing sales-driven content (not just blog/SEO): case studies, one-pagers, battlecards
- Experience organizing webinars end-to-end (not just day-of execution)
- Experience writing non-commercial content (blog, articles, newsletter) beyond direct sales content
- Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform to manage nurturing flows (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
- Ability to work within small teams and take on a multidisciplinary role without losing focus on priorities
- Native or bilingual Spanish; professional English
- Experience coordinating external freelancers/agencies (design, video)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in industries with long sales cycles and niche targets (insurtech, fleet, insurance, banking, industrial)
- Experience in customer advocacy programs or customer communities
