Senior Developer / Product Manager

Our client is a digital agency specialized in the development and implmentation of AI based solutions oriented to automate and optimize business processes. With young and growing team, we are looking for a Senior Developer able to lead project and coordinate teams, keeping always the focus on converting each product on a success with great impact on the market.

Manage and lead a team of developers, driving the full product development cycle: from ideation and functional definition to launch and ongoing evolution of each solution. This role combines advanced technical expertise and product vision, with the ability to guide developments toward clear and measurable business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, train, and supervise a team of developers.
• Define and prioritize each products roadmap, aligned with client needs and company strategy.
• Participate in code development and review, providing solid technical solutions.
• Transform business requirements into scalable and viable technical solutions.
• Organize sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives under agile methodologies.
• Oversee quality, testing, and deployments to ensure robust products.
• Promote best practices and the use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in products and processes.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years experience in software development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or other frameworks).
• Experience as a technical lead, tech lead, or product manager.
• Solid understanding of digital product management and the full product lifecycle.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to mentor and guide junior profiles.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Knowledge of AI model integration and APIs.
• Experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Native level of Spanish language and Advanced English.
