Senior Electrical Engineer
Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who employ over 2,000 and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join them on a Data Centre Project in Zaragoza, Spain.
The ideal Senior Electrical Engineer Will Be Responsible For:
* Supervise all electrical works on site to ensure they meet project standards and requirements.
* Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule.
* Review and approve electrical drawings, plans, and materials.
* Solve technical issues that arise during construction on site.
* Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems before handover.
* Monitor progress and report on any delays or issues.
* Ensure all work is done safely and according to health and safety rules.
You Will Need:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in site-based electrical engineering, ideally on large-scale projects like data centres.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and commissioning processes.
* Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills on fast-paced construction sites.
* EU passport is not required but is desirable.
