Role:
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead customer software implementation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives on time and budget. You'll be the primary client contact, manage project scope, risks, and resources, and collaborate internally and with software partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Develop realistic project plans with customer Project Managers focused on business objectives.
Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Track progress against business goals and project milestones.
Implement and manage Change Control and Risk Management processes.
Oversee issue tracking/resolution and project financials.
Coordinate project team assignments and workload.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer project issues, ensuring positive interactions.
Collaborate with software vendor teams (Product, Engineering) for successful delivery.
Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery methods.
WHAT YOU BRING
Solid experience in software professional services/implementation.
Strong proficiency in Agile project management for implementations.
Expertise in business requirements definition and scope management.
Hands-on experience with Risk and Change Management.
Understanding of SDLC, data structures, APIs, and ETL processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and takes initiative.
Strong customer focus and commitment to client success.
Collaborative team player.
