Customer centric e2e way of working, communication excellence & ability to collaborate cross-functionally Familiarity with AI concepts (machine learning, NLP), frameworks and ethical AI principles as well as MS platforms and HRIS systems Strong project management, Analytical & Impact-Oriented Thinking Preferably experience in global learning strategy and curriculum design.
