The Role


As a Senior Financial Business Partner – G&A & Workforce Planning, you’ll work closely with our central functions (People/HR, Legal, Finance, Workplace Operations and others) to strengthen planning, support thoughtful spending decisions, and bring clarity to trade-offs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll guide group-wide headcount and personnel expense planning, lead G&A budgeting and forecasting, and share insights that help teams understand the story behind the numbers and confidently decide what to do next.




What you'll do


 



  • Partner with G&A leaders as a trusted finance advisor, turning performance data into clear, practical insights

  • Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles for G&A cost centers in close collaboration with stakeholders

  • Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis, highlighting context, key drivers, and recommendations

  • Own and continuously improve the group-wide FTE and personnel expense (PEX) model, including scenario planning

  • Work closely with HR and functional leaders to maintain an accurate, up-to-date headcount plan across teams and geographies

  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and support efficiency initiatives in a constructive, business-friendly way


 




What you bring to the table


 



  • Hands-on experience with group-level headcount/FTE planning and personnel expense modelling in a multi-entity environment

  • Around 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering (high-growth experience is a plus)

  • Strong stakeholder partnering skills—able to communicate clearly and build trust with senior non-finance leaders

  • A dependable, ownership-driven working style with strong follow-through

  • A collaborative approach and structured communication, with care for clarity and alignment

  • Fluent English communication skills
