Senior Frontend Engineer (React / TypeScript)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React / TypeScript applications across client, user and admin interfaces
  
• Translate designs into high -quality, responsive and accessible UIs
  
• Design scalable component architectures and reusable UI patterns
  
• Collaborate in 6 -week Shape -Up cycles, shipping fast and iterating pragmatically
  
• Integrate with backend APIs and make small backend changes (Laravel/PHP) when needed
  
• Optimize performance, bundle size and frontend reliability
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and AI teams
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 -8 years of frontend development experience
  
• Strong, hands -on expertise with React + TypeScript
  
• Experience in startup or scale -up environments
  
• Product -minded engineer who understands UX, trade -offs and delivery
  
• Comfortable collaborating with designers and PMs
  
• Fluent English
  

Nice to Have

• Full -stack exposure (Laravel/PHP is a plus)
  
• Experience with Shape -Up or similar agile methods
  
• Experience building design systems or component libraries
  
• Interest in AI -powered products or workflow automation
