Senior Hybrid Project Manager

As part of Craft Worldgroup, the Senior Hybrid PM will play a central role in the business, closely collaborating with the AFG& agency of the Client and key sister agencies within InterpublicGroup. You'll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, emphasizing quality, processes, and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Management: Immerse yourself in the client's brand, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
• Production Management: Coordinate between all relevant parties, ensure contractual obligations are met, and oversee project progress.
• Business Development Opportunities: Seek new revenue opportunities and support proposal development.
• Quality Control: Act as a brand/QC guardian and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Financial Responsibilities: Scope, bid, and forecast projects, ensure compliance with financial procedures, and support financial reporting.

• Produce: Oversee production from creative ideation to delivery. Establish strong partnerships and manage various types of content production.
• Create: Find innovative production solutions by engaging with new technologies and processes.
• Sell: Build awareness of Craft's global capabilities at an internal and external level.

• Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a production agency or production house is required.
• Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to deliver creative work effectively.
• Creative and strategic mindset, with agility and curiosity to understand production innovations and the client's business challenges.
• Experience in the Pet Care industry is a pluS.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work under pressure.
• Strong time management, project management, and communication skills.
• IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote.
