Descripción del trabajo - Senior Internal Communications Manager


It’s an exciting time to join us! We’re entering new markets, developing new technologies, and moving step by step towards our goal of exciting the world. As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.


As a Senior ICBP for Product & Tech, you’ll be the strategic comms partner to senior leaders across these functions. Your role will be to translate our global IC strategy into a dedicated functional strategy for Product & Tech, making sure employees are aligned to business priorities, understand how their work connects to company goals, and feel connected to our culture.


You’ll also play a key role in group-wide IC campaigns, ensuring the voice of Product & Tech is represented and that messaging resonates across these critical functions. This is a senior, highly visible role for a communicator who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people.


 


What You’ll Be Doing



  • Serve as the trusted comms advisor to Product & Tech leadership.
    Translate the global IC strategy into a tailored comms strategy for Product & Tech.

  • Lead comms for key functional initiatives such as product launches, org design changes, and technology rollouts.

  • Craft clear, engaging narratives that simplify complexity and help employees understand priorities.

  • Shape leadership visibility through messaging, speeches, townhalls, and written updates.

  • Partner with HR, local markets, and senior stakeholders to ensure communications land effectively across diverse teams.

  • Ensure the effective use of channels - balancing global platforms with function-specific tools.

  • Contribute to group-wide campaigns as part of the IC team, ensuring Product & Tech perspectives are embedded.

  • Measure comms impact through feedback and analytics, continuously improving effectiveness.



What we are looking for:



  • Proven experience in internal communications, ideally supporting Product, Tech, or highly complex transformation functions.

  • Strong ability to partner with C-suite and senior leaders, influencing and advising with credibility.

  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills in English, with the ability to translate technical or complex concepts into engaging content.

  • Digitally savvy and confident using modern comms tools and measurement approaches.

  • Track record of delivering comms strategies in fast-paced, international organisations.

  • Collaborative and resilient, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

  • Willingness to travel across our markets.

  • Experience in medium to large organisations is essential; scale-up experience is a plus.
