Senior Manager - GTB Technology & Process Delivery (US Portfolio)

G MASS Consulting are seeking a Senior Manager lead delivery of our client's US Global Transaction Banking (GTB) project portfolio, covering cash management, liquidity, payments, receivables, working capital and trade solutions, while directly interfacing with senior US stakeholders.

You will be oversee program governance, reporting and execution, managing budgets, risks, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of strategic GTB initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the delivery of US Global Transaction Banking (GTB) project portfolio, ensuring successful execution of all initiatives.
• Oversee team and program management, providing direction and guidance to project teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalations and urgent matters within the execution team.
• Manage budgets, timelines and reporting across the portfolio.
• Directly reporting to the US Business Team in Cash Management, Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Working Capital Solutions and/or International Trade.

• Strong GTB product knowledge.

• Experience in Cash Management / Payments / Liquidity is a must.
• Project and program management expertise.
• Senior Management reporting capabilities.
• Experience overseeing full project execution.
• Budget management experience.
• Previous knowledge of Santander, including SHUSA policies, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Payments Hub, Equation, Confirming, LoanIQ, Trade Innovation.
• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written).

Contract until the end of the year with expecation to be permanently internalised with end-client in 2026. Hybrid working style with 2/3 days a week in the office.

Paying up to 320 Euro per day.
