We are seeking a Commercial Excellence leader with deep experience in sales optimization, pricing, and customer development, ideally within plastics, engineered materials, or compounding/blends. This EU‑based role requires regular on‑site work at portfolio companies and plays a central role in accelerating revenue, margin, and commercial discipline.
