You will partner with a team of Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to shape, build, and implement strategic solutions that solve user problems and drive business outcomes.
From strategy and research to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, through to implementation, testing, and validation, you will craft products that solve problems simply and elegantly, paying attention to every detail.
You’ll think holistically across all Factorial surfaces, designing systemic solutions for vertical products while maintaining consistency across the platform.

1. First Interview (1 hour)
A conversation with our Talent Acquisition specialist and a Design Director to get to know each other, review your experience, and design thinking. It’s also your opportunity to ask us anything about Factorial, the team, design culture, day-to-day work, or beyond.
2. Portfolio Deep Dive (1 hour)
You’ll walk us through a case study so we can understand your workflow, decisions, and approach to solving real problems.
3. Practical Challenge (≤ 8 hours)
To validate your skills and assess your level fit, we’ll share a fictional challenge that simulates a real situation you might encounter as a designer at Factorial.
4. Challenge Presentation (1 hour)
You’ll present your work to the team in a setting that simulates a real product discussion, answering questions, tackling challenges, and exploring new opportunities. It’s also your chance to meet future colleagues and ask them anything.
5. Offer Stage
If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll extend a detailed offer that reflects your expertise and our alignment.
