Senior Product Designer - Social

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who will shape the social experience of our product, creating innovative ways for users to connect, engage, and share their passion for sports. As a key member of the team, you'll design intuitive and visually compelling experiences with the support of our comprehensive design system, conduct user research to gather insights, and leverage data to observe and refine the impact of your designs.

What the role involves

• Work on data-inspired, customer-centric products within a cross-functional product team to define and solve customer and business needs


• Conduct research and bring forward new findings to reach goals and detect opportunities for improvement


• Run usability testing to develop solutions that truly address customer needs


• Design products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way, with attention to every detail


• Create and validate UX deliverables such as user flows, journeys, and information architectures, and iterate and present design solutions to team members


• Work with and contribute to the design system


• Lead or actively participate in product discovery efforts, and monitor release performance with team members to identify learnings and enhancements


• Own your professional growth and support team members through feedback and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and creative culture across the design team and the wider company

What we are looking for

• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work


• Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms


• Strong UI skills and a clean visual design sense


• Ability to think strategically at a product level and clearly articulate design decisions


• Ability to make data-supported recommendations


• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour


• Experience in research and an understanding of how research shapes good product design


• Understanding of technical implications in design decisions


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong written and verbal English

Nice to have

• Motion design skills to create dynamic interactions and animations that enhance usability


• Experience using and/or designing sports or betting apps


• Experience in various UX research methods, both quantitative and qualitative


• Experience working with design systems


• Experience creating and/or illustrating icons


• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the product design field


• Enthusiasm for tackling complex design problems and ambiguous challenges
