Senior Project Manager

• Take full responsibility for all project phases, from early consulting to full project execution and close -out of industrial and civil projects
  
• Lead planning, budget control, cost estimation, quality management, permitting, procurement, and contract administration
  
• Act as the main interface with the client, contractors, authorities, and internal engineering teams
  
• Manage project documentation and reporting, including weekly site meetings, minutes, and monthly progress reports
  
• Review, validate, and manage contractor certifications, progress claims, and variations
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to milestones and contractual obligations
  
• Review and integrate contractor schedules into a master project planning, adapting it to site constraints and execution realities
  
• Supervise on -site and off -site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local legislation
  
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support decision -making under time and cost pressure
  
• Demonstrate flexibility and ownership by handling complex, cross -functional challenges and prioritizing tasks effectively
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or related field)
  
• 15–20 years of proven experience in industrial projects as Project Manager or Project Director
  
• Strong background in large -scale industrial projects, preferably within primary industry, metals, mining, or steel
  
• Solid on -site construction and execution experience on complex industrial sites
  
• Fluent English and Italian is a must, and Spanish is an asset. 
  
• Driver License B.
  
• Knowledge in PC -literate MS word and Excel and PowerPoint applications, MS Project, Auto CAD
  
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
