Main purpose of the job:
Ensure that products and industrial processes consistently meet established quality requirements.
Main responsibilities within the job (non-exhaustive list):
- Manage all type of quality issues on products (customer complaints, noncompliance with standards, …), execute “Root Cause Analyses” workshops with teams, propose solutions, coordinate transvers actions and pilot corrective actions
- Manage quality issues on industrial processes (deviation from standard process, …), execute “Root Cause Analyses” workshops with teams, propose solutions, coordinate transvers actions and pilot corrective actions
- Validate evolutions of products (life-cycle management) or industrial processes.
- Manage all the activities related to quality in projects of New Product Development
- Management of relations with "internal customers" (commercial entities): complaints management, audits, visits
- Take part in the product industrialization process (new developments, lifecycle and inter-factory product transfer)
- Implement a clear and secure control plan
- Perform FMEA
- Manage both customer and supplier complaint handling processes.
- Perform / give support to the team or to the Group Quality team on root cause analysis
- Keep contact with customers and suppliers
- Coordinate product certification related activities according to legal requirements
Additional responsibilities within the job (non-exhaustive list) – local specificities:
In collaboration with the Quality manager, ensure that the factory’s overall activity complies with local legislation and regulation (work environment, products, structure…)
Education:
Engineering Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical or Mechanics
Knowledge and Skills:
Languages : English (minimum level B2) + local language
Expert in quality methodologies
Knowledge of quality systems : ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO27001
Good knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment
Solution & customer oriented
Communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience
At least 3 of relevant experience in production environment)
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, …) :
Internal audit certification (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System)
