You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions and digital products:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality professional customer-facing software solutions in alignment with project goals and deadlines
• Guide junior internal/external software developers

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, testers, architects, and global business leaders
• Understand project requirements and contribute to a cohesive development strategy
• Work with globally leading tech companies such as Microsoft and NVIDIA to design and develop solutions

Problem Solving:

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex business issues and design / develop software according to business requirements

Code Review:

• Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for all software solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding – making use of modern tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 years+) as a Software Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful products that add business value
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding and ability to work in a traditional B2B business that is ready to master the digital transformation – it is a journey
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken
