Senior Specialist Digitalization (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will take on global responsibility for the ongoing development and design of processes and associated digital solutions within the area Market to Order (e.g. Customer Relationship Management Platform and Digital Commerce Platform) as a key member of a global team


• You will work with the regional business units, focus on increasing the user adoption of our CRM solution Salesforce and drive the implementation of the Platform for Customer Service within the Petrochemicals division CP


• In addition, you will manage corresponding projects and assume budget responsibility


• You will represent the interests of the division BASF wide expert communities and BASF projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in economics or computer science


• Experience in driving digital solutions and managing data (e.g. Power BI, programming languages)


• Experienced in global project and change management, demonstrating your capability to drive initiatives across diverse teams


• Excellent communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels


• Aptitude for quickly understanding new topics, combined with a structured and conceptual approach to problem-solving


• Previous experience in commercial roles or experience with Salesforce is a plus, as is a strong collaborative spirit to thrive in a team environment.

SALARY RANGE

Competitive salary between €45,000 and €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience and fit for the role.
