[\]formal is a software consulting and implementation company collaborating with Eightfold.ai to bring their leading AI technology to our clients based on our principle: a friendly, straightforward, and honest approach that efficiently achieves results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead requirement-gathering sessions centered on object mapping and data transformation for the Eightfold Talent Intelligence AI Platform (eightfold.ai) implementation
Oversee the implementation of data integration solutions utilizing JSON, XML, ETL, and Python
Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on all technical matters and suggest best practices to accomplish goals
Work together with the skilled Functional team to evaluate the feasibility of requirements
Guide the technical team through multi-phase delivery projects and offer direct delivery support
Forge relationships with partner technical resources
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and promote sustainable and scalable data integration practices

WHAT YOU BRING

Robust experience in software implementation cycles, data schemas, and ETL processes
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, preferably Python
Knowledge of front-end development, including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and JSON
Familiarity with API communication protocols like REST, SOAP, and Web services
Capability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with cloud-based solutions/SaaS is preferred
Exposure to ATS/HRIS systems such as Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Oracle is a plus
Initiative to tackle challenging tasks with urgency and commitment
Agility to actively pursue new growth and challenge opportunities
Collaborative spirit, providing and accepting constructive feedback with an open mindset
