If you like solving tough problems, making real decisions, and building something that lasts — you’ll feel right at home. We’re looking for a  Senior Tracking & Attribution Specialist  to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do



In this role, you'll:



  • Lead tracking strategy and technical planning for all customer-facing platforms (web and mobile)

  • Design and manage event taxonomy and tracking schemas in Segment, GA4, and backend systems

  • Implement and maintain server-to-server tracking and conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions)

  • Oversee MMP setup and governance (AppsFlyer, Adjust), including SDK integration and attribution logic

  • Own GTM (web and server-side) and ensure consistent tag implementation

  • Drive cross-channel attribution strategy with Growth and BI teams

  • Standardize campaign tracking with a scalable UTM structure

  • Audit and QA data with tools like Charles Proxy, Tag Assistant, Postman

  • Work with Product/Engineering to embed tracking into product features and experimentation

  • Ensure privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) are met


We're looking for someone who brings:



  • 5+ years of experience in marketing tech, digital analytics, or instrumentation

  • Advanced expertise in GA4, GTM, Segment, and MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust)

  • Strong understanding of attribution models, S2S tracking, and conversion APIs

  • Ability to translate business goals into technical tracking plans

  • Experience in fast-paced, digital-first environments with product & growth teams


Bonus points if you also have:



  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)

  • Experience with event streaming or data pipelines

  • Background in iGaming, fintech, or regulated industries

  • Automation or QA frameworks for tracking validation
