SEO Manager

As part of our mission, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to elevate our organic visibility through technical innovation and strategic link building. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering — empowering the business with sustainable, scalable growth through organic search.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead technical SEO initiatives—from audits and indexation strategies to site performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements.


• Drive authority growth by developing and managing high-quality link-building strategies, including internal linking and media outreach.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across the organization.


• Manage SEO roadmaps for new launches, site migrations, and feature rollouts, ensuring technical SEO is future-proofed.


• Partner with external vendors and freelancers to scale link-building and outreach campaigns effectively.


• Monitor performance using industry-leading tools and report on organic visibility, authority gains, and traffic impact.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on technical SEO and link-building.


• Deep knowledge of crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, and page speed optimization.


• Proven track record managing large-scale link acquisition programs and maintaining compliance with SEO best practices.


• Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and similar platforms.


• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across distributed, global teams.


• Comfort using AI tools to streamline audits, research, and analysis.

Good To Have

• Experience mentoring junior team members or interns.


• Familiarity with international SEO or multi-language site structures.


• Understanding of technical SEO as it relates to mobile-first indexing and app/web parity.


• Background working in a high-growth tech environment or creative platform.
