Role Summary

As a ServiceNow Senior Architect (SA), you'll lead the design and implementation of strategic ServiceNow solutions for Stellantis staff augmentation initiatives. You'll be responsible for defining technical architecture, driving implementation strategies, and ensuring best practices across complex enterprise projects. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction within the Spanish market.

• ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 7-10 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with demonstrated leadership in complex enterprise implementations.
• Architecture & Design: Proven experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, advanced customization, API integrations, and complex scripting (JavaScript, APIs, web services).
• Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect highly preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive architectural decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record architecting and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects for enterprise clients, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
