We are looking for a SFE Country Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Lead the implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness practices (territory design, customer segmentation, incentive schemes design.


• Reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data and sales activities.


• Generate recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams.


• Support and lead cross-functional projects to improve data-driven decisions, involving all relevant areas


• Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with Sales Leaders in the Spanish affiliate and with Key People in the HQ (Barcelona, Spain)

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics or Engineering (Masters/MBA is a plus)


• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in related fields of Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods industry (Consulting experience is a plus)


• Languages: B2 English


• IT:  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a MUST
