We’re looking for a Signaling Services Project Manager to lead critical signalling services projects that ensure safe, reliable, and high-performing railway operations. This is a high-impact role managing maintenance, system modifications, and upgrades that keep transport networks running efficiently. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact
• Manage signalling services projects, including L2 and L3 maintenance activities and system upgrades
• Oversee internal and external contract execution while ensuring compliance and financial performance
• Lead project governance, quality management, and risk control activities
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery excellence
• Organise and lead project follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project financials, cash flow, invoicing, and asset optimisation
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, changes, and claims throughout the project lifecycle
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and customer needs
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, services and supply chain - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Valuable experience managing multidisciplinary systems and/or infrastructure deployment projects
• Strong project management expertise, ideally within the railway signalling sector
• Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems is highly valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Availability to travel when required
• Advanced level of English

• Effective cash flow and asset optimisation throughout project execution
• Successful management of risks, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Quality and timeliness of project reporting, invoicing, and governance activities
