As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Slovak, providing support and guidance for their accommodation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information about properties, amenities, and special offers to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve booking issues and customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth booking processes and address customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Booking.com policies to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
