At Factorial we're looking for a new Small Accounts Operations Specialist to help us support and scale our Small Accounts organization to the next level. As part of the Operations team, you'll be in charge of optimizing our operational processes, driving key initiatives forward, and ensuring our high-volume segment runs as efficiently as possible.

About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations Specialist to support and optimize the operational backbone of the Small Accounts organization.
Small Accounts is a high-volume, low-touch segment where success depends on scalable processes, efficient workflows, and strong execution.
Reporting to the Small Accounts Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring initiatives are implemented smoothly, processes remain efficient, and teams have the operational support needed to scale effectively. You will act as a trusted execution partner, helping translate strategy into scalable day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, coordinating across teams, and continuously improving how we operate.
What you'll do
Operational Excellence & Process Execution
• Support the day-to-day execution of the Small Accounts operating model.
• Identify inefficiencies, manual tasks, and operational bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Help document, standardize, and maintain scalable processes and playbooks.
• Ensure operational initiatives are executed consistently across markets and segments.
Project & Initiative Support
• Coordinate operational projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Track dependencies, risks, and action items, escalating when needed.
• Assist in implementing new workflows, tools, and process changes.
• Monitor progress and report on initiative outcomes and impact.
Automation, Tooling & Data
• Support automation initiatives within CRM systems, lifecycle workflows, and internal tools.
• Partner with RevOps, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor KPIs and identify trends.
• Contribute to testing and validating new processes, pilots, and operational improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with the Small Accounts Operations Manager to execute operational priorities, drive initiatives forward, and continuously improve the Small Accounts operating model.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Support, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
• Act as a reliable operational partner, helping teams navigate processes and ensuring alignment.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve ways of working.
What are we looking for?
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or similar roles within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM systems, workflows, automation tools, and operational processes.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and using dashboards to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Exposure to Customer Success at Scale or low-touch operating models.
• Familiarity with automation tools, lifecycle management, or customer journey optimization.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
