Software Developer (m/f/d) DevOps with focus on Embedded

To strengthen our development department, we are now looking for a dedicated full-time software developer (m/f/d) for the Weinstadt and Cologne sites.

DevOps focus on embedded

The tasks:

• Expansion and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines with a focus on embedded development for bare metal, RTOS and Yocto
• Development, expansion and management of public key infrastructures (PKI) for our internal and external projects
• Supporting our software developers in the use and optimization of our CI/CD environment
• Integration and maintenance of our embedded environments, in particular for microcontrollers of the STM family (STM32F2, G0, G4, F4, H7), PIC and the Texas Instruments Sitara family (AM33, AM110, AM64)
• Maintenance and further development of our internal web services based on Python, Django, Bootstrap, Docker and Swagger

The requirements:

• Experience in DevOps with a focus on embedded systems
• Very good knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket and JIRA; experience with GitLab is a plus
• Knowledge of the development and maintenance of web services, especially with Python, Django and Bootstrap
• Experience with Docker and other virtualization technologies
• Experience in developing and building firmware for various microcontrollers
• Problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Degree in computer engineering, computer science or a comparable technical field, e.g. mechatronics, electronics, communications or automation technology
