Netcentric is specialized in delivering large and complex web experience management platforms to customers in a variety of industries (banking & finance, luxury goods, automotive, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, etc.). Our project teams are composed of leading experts from our different locations in various fields (Content Management Systems, System Architecture, Analytics & Targeting, Search, Mobile, Social Collaboration, etc.) to deliver highly complex web experience management solutions. Job Description

As Netcentric continues to grow rapidly as a result of a steadily expanding customer base, new challenges arise in terms of how we develop our organization to continue leading the industry in expertise and innovation. These, coupled with the inevitable challenges of managing a rapidly growing headcount require a special kind of talent to help Netcentric keep consolidating its leading position in the industry. We are looking for a highly qualified individual to be in charge of:

• Leading a growing organization of developers and software architects


• Defining and implementing appropriate training measures for all levels of expertise


• Actively participating in the recruiting of new talent and subsequently onboarding new developers


• Coaching team managers on effective leadership skills, communication strategies and a dynamic feedback culture


• Take an active role in customer facing projects, e.g. as Lead Architect

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive international experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and multi-cultural environment. The candidate should have an agile and adaptive approach to managing an IT organization and at the same time be able to dedicate constant effort to the long-term development of staff as well as taking an active role in delivering client projects. The ability to work in a team and blend into a collaborative decision making organization is essential for a good fit. In addition the candidate should also have:

• 8+ years experience working in an international organization and environment 


• At least 3+ years experience in leading a medium- to large sized IT organization


• Excellent English language skills and good Spanish skills (German is a plus)


• Extensive experience in leading java-based web projects


• Experience in large, client-facing projects


• A background in consulting is a plus
