Joining us at our Support department's, you become part of an international setting where colleagues work in teams from various locations across the globe to help our customers solve issues with our products. 
In this bustling environment, you will be exposed to our complete product catalog, technologies, and operational solutions. We offer both on-premise as well as cloud-based SaaS solutions built on Amazon Cloud – all while preparing for the future cloud, offering you the opportunity to explore a myriad of techs. 

Help our customer resolve their issues
As Support Analyst, you will dive into a world of code, database systems, virtualization technologies, networks, servers, and more as you draw on your already extensive experience to resolve customer issues. Doing so, you can look forward to managing incident reports from the customer's second-level support and communicating directly with their IT staff to resolve the issues.

More specifically, you will:

• Handle incoming reports and requests in our ticket system
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues 

Experienced software developer eager to explore new techs
You are known as a self-motivated and proactive problem solver. Your great interpersonal skills ensure that you can collaborate with colleagues as well as customers in a global setting. Also, you are always looking to learn and adopt new technical skills. Locate, create, and manage workarounds

• Have a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent  
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java as the primary language, but proficiency in other languages is advantageous
• Have experience with Docker/Containers
• Are familiar with Linux or other Unix-based operating systems
• Are proficient in web technologies
• Have experience in running and tuning databases, such as MySQL
• Know about infrastructure, network technologies and application security
• Familiarity with Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is a plus
• Speak and write English
