We are seeking a highly creative Solution Engineer to support our business across the Europe & Africa region. This is an intersection of technology, sales, and innovation; focused on identifying new market opportunities, designing end-to-end solutions, and expanding customer value through advanced satellite communications.

The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled but also forward-thinking, able to identify gaps in customer environments and translate them into scalable, revenue-generating solutions.

• Identify market and customer gaps, and develop innovative satellite-based solutions to create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with 3rd-party vendors to build complementary, end-to-end offerings.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Support the regional sales team with technical expertise, including RFP/RFI responses and full sales cycle involvement.
• Design and demonstrate satellite communication networks, including PoCs and demos.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Able to Travel across Europe & Africa to support customer engagements.

• Proven experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting sales teams and engaging directly with customers
• Background in responding to RFPs and building technical proposals.
• Fluent level of English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with satellite communications and network design.
• Experience with end-to-end solution architecture and system integration.
• Familiarity with RF technologies, IP networking, and communication systems.
• Highly creative and innovative mindset.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think beyond standard solutions and challenge conventional approaches.
